IT solutions are about more than just technology. It's about people, processes and culture. It's about how we get our jobs done. We offer solutions that work. For all levels of an organization. And for far more than the IT department: Our solutions also include customer service, sustainability reporting and business management.
We know. It's frustrating when you have to search through email threads for gold. Waiting for a response when you've long since submitted what you were supposed to. When you need help, the service desk is in a different time zone and you have no idea who you're talking to. The tax authorities ask for documentation, but where on earth do you log in?
The software in a modern electric car consists of 100 million lines of code. The phone on your bedside table is so advanced that if the computer pioneers of the 1970s had seen it, they would have fainted in awe. An 89-year-old great-grandmother gets to see her great-grandchildren's graduation even though she lives in a nursing home 600 kilometers away. At work, we have colleagues in Bergen and Kuala Lumpur. And the newest colleague is a bot. Or ten.
Technology is developing at a breakneck pace. But why does it feel so cumbersome? Why can't you get answers to your questions when you actually need them? Why do you have to cut out the tables from your spreadsheet and paste them into an email that is unlikely to be read? Why doesn't the damn app work?
We have servers in the cloud, but no overview of what's on them or how much they cost. We're waiting for processes we're not able to get an overview of. There are too many of them. We use email to report problems, but when do we get a response? We log in to work but waste our lives on time thieves of our own making.
You can't hit with a hammer that breaks. You can't drill a hole with a drill you don't know where it is. You can't send things on if you can't remember where to do it. You can't monitor heart monitors in the hospital when the server goes down and you're not notified. It's not enough to believe. You have to know. And who knows? Who has the overview?
There's been a lot of talk about work-life balance. It's high time we talked about human-machine balance. That we talk about the vacation-slow-response-from-the-boss balance. The printer-queue-satisfied-employee balance. We need to talk about the user-satisfaction-crap balance. About the downtime-fresh-patient balance. About the information-overload-I-don't-need-more-apps balance.
It's high time we put people first.
Every task has become an IT challenge. Optimize your service delivery to meet today's technology needs quickly and efficiently.
Fragmented services slow down the flow. Create seamless experiences by integrating all your business services in one place.
Poor asset management increases costs. Ensure the highest possible return on all your company's physical assets.
Lack of cloud control cripples agility. Manage cloud services smartly to keep costs predictable and security high.
Cloud costs are skyrocketing. Use FinOps principles to get the most out of the cloud services you use. And cut unnecessary expenses.
Frequent IT failures disrupt operations. Improve system performance and user experience through intelligent IT management. Stay ahead of upcoming challenges.

Our goal is to find the right digital solutions for our customers, regardless of industry. In this day and age, IT challenges are not something that only belongs to certain industries, but virtually everything and everyone. The common denominator is that both end users and users deserve tools that work. Every time. Both now - and with the changes to come. Tools that make the transition to a digital reality as usable as possible - while taking into account the people who will use them.
Our products and methods are based on Open Group's IT4IT reference architecture and the ITIL framework for IT Service Management. We have expertise in software for IT operations and support, business process automation, case management through ITSM and ESM systems, and much more. Regardless of how quickly things develop, it is still we humans who stand for competence and values.
These are being put to the test these days: How are we supposed to use our skills if the technology that is supposed to help us actually slows us down? Who will ensure that the machines help us to actually solve our tasks, so that it has an impact on our customers? For our patients? For our employees? Who's going to help citizens who have been sitting in a phone queue waiting all morning?
Most things that are new sound good until you hold them in your hand.
Innovations in the workplace sound great, until you're the one who has to make sure it works. Cloud solutions and new apps sound great, until you're the one responsible for making sure they work.
Who's going to make sure that the use of resources doesn't eat into the treatment offered to patients? Who will ensure that the machines that monitor the heart monitors in the country's hospitals do not suffer a server crash? Who makes sure that the investment budget at work doesn't get wings? Who looks after the motivation of employees tearing their hair out over ancient interface ghosts from the nineties?
And when a storm causes a root collapse in a valley in the heart of Western Norway, severing the connection between the hospital and the IT department that monitors the medical devices. Who gets notified so it can be fixed - now?
"The machines that were supposed to help us are so advanced that they also increase complexity. We send out questions, instructions and answers. Sometimes it feels like every problem gets its own app. But where does it all go? Does it get to where it needs to go? To the person who can help us?
We have a whole new problem: We need to figure out the balance between machine and human. We need to make sure that the machines work for us, and not the other way around. We need to make sure that technology is on our side. That they are our tools.
We need to put people first.

We are moving from Fornebu to Asker
Once again, the company is on the move - after being affected by the redevelopments and expansions taking place at Fornebu, combined with the need for more space as more people are employed.
